Stone Keeper

Stone Keeper

Hold what matters. A practice of grounding, memory, and presence.

A Practice of Grounding

Stones hold time. They endure. They ground us. The Stone Keeper is a practice of choosing a stone—found on a shoreline, in a river, in a meaningful place—and using it as an anchor for presence, memory, and intention.

Each time you hold your stone, you return to the present moment. You remember what matters. You ground yourself in the earth beneath your feet. This simple, ancient practice becomes a way of staying centered amid life's depths.

The Practice

  1. 1 Find a stone that calls to you—from a place meaningful to you.
  2. 2 Hold it regularly—in moments of worry, grief, or simply need.
  3. 3 Remember what the stone means to you and why you chose it.
  4. 4 Ground yourself in its weight, its warmth, its presence.

"A stone in your pocket is a reminder that you are held, grounded, and supported—even in deep waters."

Grounding

Connect to the present moment and the earth beneath your feet.

Memory

Hold what matters—a place, a person, a moment, an intention.

Presence

Return to now. Again and again. That is enough.
